Peter has a wealth of knowledge and experience in in managing complex and sensitive HR, ER and IR projects and issues. His background spans many years working across many industries and working across government, quasi government, private sector and not-for-profit entities and small businesses

He has led large HR/ER teams throughout his career so he understands and empathises with the modern manager and business owners and the challenges faced on a daily basis.

His areas of speciality include all functions of employee relations including dispute management, enterprise agreement negotiations and implementation, drafting and advice on contracts of employment, advice on disciplinary action and terminations, management of WorkCover matters, resolution of work conflict including mediations, workplace investigations and providing general employee relations advice.

He has well advanced skills and competencies in strategic HR, workforce planning, organisational reviews and organisational design, strategic remuneration advice, HR policy development, redundancy management, and many other areas of HR.
