Peter specialises in employee relations and human resources, with more than 30 years of experience managing complex workplace matters for large organisations. He has developed, negotiated and implemented enterprise agreements across public, private and not for profit organisations.

His work includes enterprise agreements in mining, manufacturing, energy and financial services, organisational reviews and sensitive workplace investigations. He also brings experience in workforce planning, mediation and managing underpayment projects.

His experience spans aviation, community services, energy and emergency services. His work includes industrial relations strategy, salary frameworks for major organisational change, job evaluation, underpayment matters and advocacy in workplace tribunals.

Ian brings more than 30 years of experience in senior HR and industrial relations management. He works with business leaders to connect HR and industrial relations strategy with business priorities and put that strategy into practice.

His work includes enterprise agreements across financial services, care, aviation, energy and emergency services. He has developed people integration plans for major organisational change, managed job evaluation projects and provided strategic advice and advocacy in workplace tribunal matters.
